Computers in the Home (CIH) is the original program of BDE. CIH donates refurbished computers loaded with Windows XP, Office 2003, anti-virus software, and six months of free dial-up internet from NuQNet. If you live in Berrien, Cass, or Van Buren counties, have a school-aged child (K-12), and don't currently have a computer in your home, then you qualify. You just need to fill out an application with proof of residence and attend two-week, eight-hour basic computer skills training class. It really is just that simple! Questions?
